Is there a solution for importing data from large trade aggregators (online stores)?

Does anyone know if there is a solution for importing certain attributes from some major trading platforms, like Yandex.Market (preferably from there)? Commodity items are expected .. well, there are a lot, respectively, the attributes of these items are also immeasurable. To score with pens is not an option, don’t even try to offer)
I’ll give a vivid example - as I said above, there are a huge number of commodity items, and roughly the same number of manufacturers, but on Yandex.Market, for example, most of the necessary manufacturers already exist. How would I parse them from there and import them myself?
