Is there a small program for tracking application traffic?

Good afternoon.
Not so long ago I started using a 3g modem, and the need arose to monitor which software consumes how much traffic.
Can you suggest a small utility that could keep track of traffic for each application separately?
For accounting of the general traffic I use NetWorx.
