Somewhere on Habré I met something similar, it seems it was some kind of joke on the neighbors (I don’t remember exactly), however, I fully agree with everyone who answered and I recommend that you just buy some kind of D-Link DIR-615 rubles for 500 rubles. (and sometimes copies are found for 300 rubles).

Look for discounted ADSL equipment with wi-fi. The technology is in little demand and the markdown is sold almost "for beer". In our city, for example, there is an option for 89 rubles.
