Is there a site for the deaf with YouTube videos?
And there is a special site for the deaf where all YouTube videos are collected, well, or not all right, but several million have already been posted on this site. And these videos with the correct subtitles, and there should be YouTube videos in which initially there were not even automatically created subtitles. And, then I went to this site and there are already subtitles and moreover, they are correct. If anything, by "correct" I mean subtitles without any grammatical errors. Is there such a site? Just asking out of curiosity.

On YouTube now, videos without subtitles, at least automatic ones, are pessimized in the search, and rightly so. In today's world, videos without subtitles are bad form. Many non-deaf people watch YouTube with subtitles when they are driving in noisy traffic or when they simply forgot their headphones. So there are more than enough videos with subtitles on YouTube, and bloggers who don't make them are their own enemies.
On youtube, anyone can add subtitles himself (and there is a convenient tool for this right away on yt), if it was not done by Google or the author himself.
Why another site?
