How can you create a static link? It's hard to explain, but I'll try. A link to a Youtube video must be inserted into the printed work. Unfortunately, there is no video yet, and the link must be inserted now. Perhaps there is a site that will generate a link that you can print, and when the video is made, paste the link to it into the aforementioned site, which will redirect users with a fake link?

tiny.cc allows you to make a link, and then edit the URL to which this link points

1) You can generate vk.com/cc here, but it won't be pretty.
2) Buy a domain (it costs 125 rubles in the ru zone) and hosting can be free and put this domain on the map, and then you can attach anything to the domain.
