Is there a simple knowledge base for small teams that is not overloaded with unnecessary functionality?
I ask you to help find a system that allows a small group of technical engineers to share their knowledge, nuances and experience in a convenient and quick form during the commissioning of various equipment in different parts of the country:
Main wishes for the system:
-Closed system with access "by invitation"
-Support for Windows and Android
-Offline mode
-Tags
-Structuring information by type
-Easy to learn
-Not overloaded with unnecessary functionality -No confusing
scanning. On the principle of "create and work".
-Optional: free for a small number of users, or having a trial version
What was considered:
Confluence - redundant
Notion - redundant
Memento - redundant. Difficult to learn
Google Sites - binding to the
Google Groups domain - does not have its own application on Android
Evrenote - inconvenient for Trello collaboration
- "kanban" interface is not suitable

IMHO, the simplest wiki is Dokuwiki because it doesn't require a database.
