Now the api telegram is used, the notification falls into the chat. In view of any prohibitions, it either works or it blocks.
Used pushall. But a bit redundant for my task.
For a long time I met a simple application for iOS - the program specifies only the login / password, the device id is generated, and through their api service it was possible to send push notifications. It was all functionality.
There is no desire to raise your service for 1-2 posts per month.
