Is there a similar Task Manager?

Greetings! Brothers, I really need a program / service. I'm looking for something like Task Manager, but extremely simple. The main thing you need:

- The ability to create "tasks, tasks"
- Inside the task you need (required) the ability to correspond (as here c2n.me/3aRXrMP )
- Inside the correspondence if there is no way to insert files, then it must be possible to insert links, active
- Tasks can be assigned statuses. Eg. "done (will be crossed out), "for later", "urgent". Or at least only the 1st "done".
It will be enough for the possibility of communication between 2 people. But of course, it would be great if there were more.

ANY options are being considered. It would be cosmically super if this thing was integrated into the PhpStorm IDE, but this is probably a dream =)
