Is there a significant difference between Open Sans and Open Sans Regular?

Good afternoon.
I have a layout but no designer fonts.
The layout contains Open Sans and Open Sans Regular.
I found the second font on the google-fonts site, but the first one is not there.
I searched on other services, but there the fonts do not fit at all (gray triangle in Photoshop).
Thanks in advance.

Open Sans is a font family.
Regular is the normal style. Regular font-weight: 400 is the default. By connecting Open Sans, you get Open Sans Regular
This font has several options, they can differ in saturation, proportions, contrast and slant. Google has them all
