Are there any services with the provision of normal chats? That is, you need a separate chat for two people, as well as group chats.

I think cometchat.com might fit the description, but it's not cheap.
And the project on which I am currently working on imbachat.com is partially suitable , we do not have a native implementation for ios, android, but everything else is there. Chat also works well in cordova (there is an example of ios and android )

I think MyChat will suit you. There is an SDK for working with the server, clients for Windows, Linux, macOS, Adroid, WEB. iOS is still in development. History and files are stored on the server, there are group chats, push notifications too.
A significant plus is a self-hosted solution, if up to 20 people are online, then it's free. Server on Windows. You can also rent a server in the cloud, then the money will be 8 times cheaper than buying a license.
