Let's say I want to remotely acquaint a partner with a document, my work (for example, a book, a report),
but in such a way as to retain authorship and rights to use it.

For example,
- familiarization with the document by this person - will be recorded with a digital signature.
- so that the partner gets acquainted with it after agreeing to the NDA, and uses the developments from the document only upon agreement with me.
- it is possible to use a blockchain for such signatures... (maybe there is a blockchain where you can upload files to prove authorship)

but without personal confirmation of the second party, not a fact which will limit its use.
