There is a WordPress site with the contact form 7 plugin, which automatically sends the user a registration confirmation email after registration.
Also, one day before the date the user has chosen, one has to manually send an event reminder email + individual details for that event on that day. Is it possible to automate this in any way? The main difficulty is that a person can register for a month on a certain date, or maybe for an hour. I would be grateful for any information on solving this problem. Thank you!

Dig towards the built-in task scheduler. In WP it is implemented via wp_schedule_event.
