Is there a service not to show your real e-mail, but to give another but with forwarding to mine?

I am looking for a service in which I can specify my e-mail, and receive an email from a service that I can already publish on the network and wherever possible.
But you need not a temporary domain, but a permanent one, so that when you receive a letter from someone, it will be sent to me to my mail.

@Chvalov

1. Go to freedns.afraid.org
2. Register
3. Choose a domain and create a subdomain using it 5 times with different records:
ns1.he.net
ns2.he.net
ns3.he.net
ns4.he.net
ns5.he .net
4. Then you go to dns.he.net
5. Create an account
6. Add a subdomain from freedns.afraid.org
7. Add 2 records to the domain:
mx1.improvmx.com with priority 10
mx2.improvmx.com with priority 20
8. You go to the website improvmx.com
9. You enter your subdomain and the mail to which you want to send letters
10. PFOFIT! As a result, you get endless mail to any of the aliases before the @ of your subdomain. If something is not clear - comment.
And I also ask you to count the answer as a solution, if this is exactly what you were looking for.
