Is there a service for checking your code for refactoring?

I explain, I write the code (so far C#, but if I have it in other languages, it’s not bad either), I refactor, then I share the code on the service, where real people make comments, hints on the code, etc.? To then understand what to do (learn), so that the code approaches the "ideal".

ReSharper will definitely help, although this is somewhat not what you are looking for.
