The company has a service department.
The department is engaged in maintenance, installation and repair of heating boilers, boilers, burners.
The department consists of a manager, two operators and three field workers.
Operators receive calls and emails from customers, form a task for the object.
Then one of the field employees goes to the site and performs the task.
What we want:
An online service or your ready-made solution, or a solution with minimal changes, which includes:
1. Control panel for operators (on the site)
In the panel, you can create tasks, describe them, specify the name, address, execution time, and other properties ).
2. Application for field workers on a smartphone
Each of our field workers has a working smartphone.
It would be convenient to install an application on it and see new tasks from operators, then each field employee can take on the task.
When laying out a new task by the operator, each field employee receives a notification from the application on the smartphone.
Most likely there is a ready service, or your solution. We considered Planado, it almost suited us, but unfortunately there you need to assign a task to a specific performer.
And we need such a system where the operator does the task without the performer. Next, a notification comes to each field employee about the receipt of a new task, and already one of the employees can take it.
It would also be really cool if it was possible to connect our common mail, and based on the letters, form a task.
