Is there a seo difference: a naked site without a CMS, or wordpress?

Good day, friends.
I run my own small business, now I need to make a website. Due to the fact that I'm a front-end programmer, I decided to "stupidly" open up and not stretch the site but the CMS, because, to be honest, I never really did this: where I typeset, all layouts are pulled by php-shnik .
As it turned out, the site will need to be heavily promoted by SEO in order to break into the tops. I will move by direct and adsense + piercing through directories + semantic layout and clean code. Does it make sense to pull on wordpress to get more seo feedback from these actions, or is it easier to leave it in html?
Thanks in advance

There is no difference if each page has its own unique one: Title, Keywords, Description...
CMS is needed for easy data manipulation! without programming knowledge and skills, and also in order not to produce dozens of pages with the same code.

Now the most important thing in website promotion is the behavioral factor. Make the site interesting for real people and you won't go wrong. Everything else is secondary

It all depends on the size of the pages. If the site is static and not bloated, then it is better on bare HTML. CMS is an automation tool, in this case, you can customize the generation of pages and titles for any search algorithms using plugins.

If you can erase all the data that this is WordPress, you also need to place the blocks a little non-standard.
Yandex and Google do not like when the site is made according to a template, although this is not fatal ....

It is believed that wordpress is good for SEO, especially if you post new content often.
Is punching through directories still alive? -Hurry to hurt.
As an option, choose a CMS that is very simple.
As an option "landing page" one or more, make in html.
I think a lot depends on how often you intend to update / add content, if often then wordpress is certainly more convenient.
I advise you immediately, without hesitation, to take a domain, hosting, put at least one page, the lifetime of the site is also a factor, or buy a domain
on the secondary market, with a history, but this is already dumb, like directories and SEO charlatans.
