Is there a replacement for Visual Studio for weak laptops on Windows 10?

Hello.
I'm tired of putting up with it. The fact is that I have a weak laptop, and VIsual Studio slows me down a lot. I would have thrown it long ago if not for Windows Forms. Are there any other lighter editors with C# Windows Forms C++\C? I can write C++ without a shell, but C# has so happened to me that if not a project, then WPF or WinForms.
Visual Studio itself does not slow down for me, but still takes 50% of the CPU and half of the memory. And when I launch the browser, chikibamboni generally starts (tin).
Help.
Specifications :
Intel Pentium n4200 1.10 GHz
NVIDIA Geforce m810
RAM: 4 GB

1 - well, for garlic and winforms and vpf, you can write in the editor. but for this you need to know them much better than a beginner (can't believe it? XAML is text, and try to read and comprehend the form files generated by the form designer

perseverance and work, all grind
.. if you really want to)
2 - the best editor to replace VS - VS Code (if your laptop pulls Chrome - it will also pull VS Code upd if Chrome is already hard - notepad++ for syntax highlighting and bare SDK, you can already create)
ps F# people write Winform and WPF applications.. how? after all, studio designers only support C# and VB ;))... just by hand. take and write. google, search on github
.. well, you see, maybe you will earn money for an upgrade. although part-time work can be found not only in the field of IT. it's a matter of desire and perseverance .. someone rests against the horn, and buys a car, or even an apartment .. and here is a laptop;))

Well, for example, I can offer MonoDevelop, it comes with Unity, worked on it for a year, after upgrading the computer I switched to Visual Studio and realized that if you get used to Microsoft VS, then you won’t want to work on another!
Ps: Just like with PhotoShop - if you are used to it and if you really need it, then Gimp will not work as a replacement!
