Does Extract for Brackets (Preview) work for everyone?

Actually, Extract for Brackets works for the first time after loading, everything is ok. After about 24 hours I open Brackets, click on the plugin and 0 reactions ...
I delete state.json - it opens immediately. Has anyone encountered a similar problem?
I have Win 8 64bit

Everything works fine on Win 7 32bit.

Win 8.1 64bit - works great. I wrote down the code on the channel lessons on it, for some the editor itself also did not work at different points.
So, one did not work while standing on the system disk - there were not enough rights along the way.
The other has not yet started to run on behalf of the administrator.
The third one has not yet installed Nodejs.
Perhaps something will do? :) I did not put it on my system. Works like clockwork.
