Is there a reliable service for creating a VPN between computers behind NAT?

In general, I always used ZeroTier, but at some point it simply stopped working and it turned out to be impossible to restore performance. Tried Radmin VPN but every now and then it just doesn't work. Hamachi also turned out to be an unreliable comrade - with autorun that works every other time and dumps when the Internet is reconnected. Are there any other options? Even if they are paid, the main thing is reliability. By the way: there is a server, so a solution that needs to be hosted locally is also suitable.
