In general, we are looking for a ready-made Serial exchange protocol between Qt and Arduino with flow control =)
Maybe someone met?

The requirements are as follows:
1. The most important thing is guaranteed delivery / acceptance of commands, in case of an error resending
2. Ability to send a large amount of data (minimum 500 bytes - message)
3. Implementation in C ++ and Arduino
4. Simplicity and prevalence
I understand that maybe the requirements are mutually exclusive, but suddenly =)

There is Modbus, there is DMX. Even IP can be shove.
