Is there a ready-made Laravel Storage Driver for Telegram?

Dobrvy day, colleagues!
I am writing an application on Laravel with a Telegram bot, for the bot I use irazasyed/telegram-bot-sdk (although the library is not particularly important). In the course of work it is required to take the sent files from the server. In principle, I received an object Fileand forward through file_get_contentsmaking a request for file_id, but I would like to wrap all this in the native framework for Storage.
In this regard, the question (I searched the Internet, but it's hard to see): is there a driver already written for this case, or will I still have to write my own?
