Is there a quick fix for populating a movie site with trailers?

I'm doing a movie related project. We need to add a lot of films (trailers and some information like rating, genre, etc.) for English and Russian speaking audiences from IMDb and Kinopoisk respectively. I thought that there is already some simple solution for this, so as not to parse on the go, because as far as I know, movie templates often have such functionality.
One of the solutions is to find it all by hand and make your own database, but it will take a lot of time, maybe someone has already done it for a long time and gives access for free, or sells access to such api.

I understood correctly that you want to make a clone of Kinopoisk, but you don’t want to steal information from Kinopoisk yourself, but in order to take something already stolen somewhere?
