Is there a PureText replacement for Evernote?

Hello. I use Evernote, and it has one unpleasant feature: the text inserted into it does not lose formatting, and there is simply no formatting clearing in Evernote itself.
I found a PureText program, the main task of which is to insert cleared text on pressing the Win + V keys. For some inexplicable reason, PureText refused to work at work - it does not want to insert text with any keyboard shortcuts.
Question - is there a replacement for this functionality?
Thanks

The current version of Evernote has at least two solutions:
Ctrl+Shift+V - paste as text without formatting
Ctrl+Space - simplify formatting.
It's enough for me 90% of the time. Moreover, both functions have appeared for a long time.
