Is there a program to subtract constant audio noise on the fly?
Greetings.
I have no idea if there is such a thing.
There is a person with whom I communicate on the Internet. He has a microphone on the laptop very much captures the noise of coolers - as a result - a constant background. Is it possible (by software) to somehow save the pattern of this noise in real time and subtract it when outputting to your audio output? I have never used active noise reduction, but as I understand it, this is just their functionality. Or it can be done by means of Windows, but I do not understand.
I hope I explained the point clearly.

Separately, I did not meet the program - but it seems that no one needs it.
Typically, noise reduction software is built into systems.
For example in the microphone driver.
All expensive microphones have this, cheap ones - well, that's why they are cheap.
