Is there a program to create a database structure based on an existing one?

There is a database (pervasive), which is not documented. Is there a program that can scan the database and create a structure with table relationships?

The IDE for Pervasive.SQL was DDF Builder. It was a long time ago, in the last century. There is an import / export structure.
Found DataFlex Connectivity Kit for Pervasive.SQL .

If there is no tool that builds a model relationship diagram, then manually. Typically, relationships between tables are established by column names that have the ID/_id suffix. For example, OrderID is a foreign key to the Orders table.
A link diagram can be built in the online service www.webgraphviz.com . Using a simple syntax, you can describe the relationships between tables and thus build a diagram.
