Is there a program to control external noise (nexus one android 2.3.3)?

Situation: We play poker on Fridays at my place. Due to the large number of people (~10), sometimes we express our emotions too loudly.
Problem: Mom is sleeping in the next room.
Idea for solving the problem: In order not to wake up your beloved mother, you can put a program on your phone that would listen to what is happening around the table, and if someone starts to “express emotions” too loudly, the phone would make some kind of nasty sound, reminding you of that you need to be quiet.
Question: Is there such a program for the phone in the subject? if not, then maybe someone from the Habravchans could have done such a thing? Thank you very much in advance for your attention)
ps Can anyone suggest any other solutions to this problem?

The main thing is that mother does not wake up from the vile sound.
IMHO, find yourself a hut or seal the door / walls.
Although of course the IT solution is more beautiful ;-)
