There is a database of Ukrainian mobile phones in Excel, people entered them manually, so there are numbers in the national format, there are in the international format, there are solid text, there are spaces and dashes. We need a program that will recognize them and bring them into a single format for the mailing service. Either free or cheap (up to $ 5), if more expensive - with such a volume it is easier to hire a person who will do it.
