Is there a program or service to search for similar images using a sample?

The task is as follows: there is a huge archive of photos of chicks from Instagram. Photos are used as wallpaper on the phone, automatically change after the screen is unlocked. Since chicks are posting a bunch of stuff instead of their assholes like manicures, new sneakers or their legs overlooking the ocean etc. then I would like to find a service or program where you can upload, for example, one photo of a manicure, and this program will check the entire archive for the presence of such photos, that is, it will recognize recognizable scenes from the sample picture. Don't just compare by pixels and color match percentage etc. namely plots, outlines. For example, I want to find all photos where girls are on a bike, or all photos where girls are in a squat position in a rocking chair, etc. Is there something similar with such functionality in the world at all?

You need to search by the terms CBIR (Content-Based Image Retrieval), VIR (visual information retrieval), Bag-of-words.
For a more or less worthy search, it is desirable to have a cloud of tags from classifiers, according to which the search should be performed.

There is google photos - but it doesn’t even come close on all counts
. I don’t think that in the near future, something ready and open will appear
. For training, you need a large database, a marked database of photos, and no one will open it
