Is there a program or service for permanent audio recording with the ability to save the last few minutes?

We need a program for Windows 10, for a desktop computer, which will hang in the tray or work as a Windows service and will constantly record audio to memory / hard buffer. And so that at any time it would be possible to save, for example, the last 5, 10, 30 minutes of audio to a file, by clicking in the tray or by pressing the hotkey.
Something like Nvidia ShadowPlay, only for audio.
Right now I'm using Snooper Pro to record audio, but it just works in 10 minute split recording mode. Sometimes I turn it on for some important moments, but keeping it constantly on is too expensive.
I want to save only the right moments, and not then rake up tons of audio files. That is, you need a saver of the past, and not a regular audio recording.
