Is there a program for viewing and editing images on a template (mapping)?

Good afternoon.
Previously, I was fond of 3ds max, there was the ability to stretch an image onto an object through building an object scan.
Is there a similar simple tool where you can make a simple 3d model that you can try on patterns or pictures on?
Preferably online.
For example, you need 2 planes on which you can try on a photo in order to understand how to make it look voluminous ... like in the picture:
