Does a program exist in nature? Which would hotkey, or hover the mouse over the desktop area, display a jpeg image on the screen. (and there will be about 10 of these pictures). Every time I need it. You need to understand that only some program can display a picture in Windows. In turn, you can set the launch of the program by hotkey, but you need to pass a parameter to such a program - the name of the image and the path to it.
You can create shortcuts that will open the program and pass the specified parameters there and tie the call to the hotkey. But for each picture you will have to create your own label.
Another approach is to write your own program that can do anything.
