Is there a program for MAC OS that allows an arbitrary window to be placed on top of all windows?

Please tell me a utility program that will allow an arbitrary window to be kept on top of all other windows. Ubuntu has it out of the box -- "Place a window on top of other windows", Mac is very lacking.
Afloat is no longer supported, there are only source codes https://github.com/millenomi/afloat/, I don't know how to build them into a working package.
UPD:
Mega thanks to Egor Tolstoy for suggesting the working version of Afloat 2.4

As far as I know, Afloat for Mac Os X has no analogues. Alternatively, take a look at Spaces .
And just in case - a link to the latest version of Afloat .

afloat doesn't work with some window types. Works for me only on VLC
Maybe someone knows an alternative?
