I tried some Trust keyboard in the store, which says on the box that it is compatible with mac, the same problem. Ideally, you need to buy a full-size original magic keyboard, but it seems a little expensive. What keyboards do you use or how do you solve this problem?

I have a keyboard system "Some kind of Genius".
The absence of the letter Ё is solved by adding a custom keyboard layout. I did according to this manual , skipping step 1
