How to remap CapsLock with properties like the Fn key?

I have an abbreviated keyboard layout on my laptop (without a number block on the right), an example in the picture:

How can I set the CapsLock key to a different value, so that when I press / turn on this key, it would be possible to enter numbers from the keys "i, j, k, l .. ." as in the example in the following picture:

I tried several programs: KeyTweak, Key Remapper, Key Manager - the maximum that was achieved was a single press of Caps + K = 2 and every time you need to enter the number "2" you need to press Caps + K again
It would be great: once I pressed CapsLock - after which the keys "U, I, O, J, K, L, M" turned into numbers. Ie - pressed the U key - issued 4, I - 5, O - 6 ...
