Is there a program for detecting motion in video?

Hello!
There is a camera that looks at the entrance to work. She sees the following gmvg1n9uLNne92.jpg
Sometimes I need to see who and when comes to work. To do this, I review 4 hours of video at an accelerated pace.
I decided that it would be easier if the video player itself finds movement and pauses the video or something else, but I can’t find anything like that!
Can you tell me if such software exists?

Try VLC player - it can do something out of the box
. Use the command line option:
vlc --video-filter=motion <file>
Or with menus.
Tools -> Effects and Filters -> Video Effects -> Advanced -> Motion Detect.
