Is there a postal service in Russia that works with USPS in the USA?
Started selling on eBay. Finally filled it all up.
The first customer bought my item. Money came to PayPal, but blocked. They are unlocked only when eBay tracks the track that the package has arrived to the buyer. And a recommendation to use postal services: USPS, UPS or FedEx. If there is no track, then they will not be unlocked soon.
1. So, as I understand it, all these services are international and deliver everywhere. UPS and FedEx are in Moscow. What is USPS? How can I send a package from Russia so that the buyer accepts it from USPS at the exit?
2. What is better (in terms of speed, price) for sending from Russia? USPS, UPS or FedEx?
3. In my lot, I indicated the cheapest delivery ($ 5, rather by mistake) and choose it, are there options for sending with a track?

Depends on the country of the recipient.
1. USPS is an analogue of Russian mail, only in the USA. If you sent the package by regular mail or EMS, then it will be 100% delivered by USPS to the states.
UPS and FedEx are private companies. Their speed is much higher than regular mail, but the price is appropriate (far from $5). But of the minuses - they do not have such good relations with customs as Russian post and EMS, so documents for customs may be required.
2. UPS and FedEx are always faster. To any country. Yes, across the country too. But, again, the price is right.
3. The most trouble with the track number. If you send by regular mail, then you are given a local Russian track number. After receiving the package, the USPS can assign its track (at least it does in the opposite direction) and you have almost no way to recognize this new track. But if sending via EMS, FedEx or UPS, then the number assigned when sending will never change.
In summary, if you are shipping to the states, then use EMS as the most painless and cheapest option.
Update: use the calculators on company websites to at least find out the order of prices.
