I doubt it, but it's easy to do. The form in which the page with the product (or name) is transferred and sent to the mail. Contact form 7 will do just fine. If you need some additional functionality in the admin panel, in order to see all the offers for goods, you already need to finish it there ... But I don’t think that there are such ready-made plugins

What's the problem with just renaming the "Buy" button to "Sell"? And you expose the goods accordingly. what the company would like to buy. Well, the fields there can add all sorts of interesting ones that will be important when buying.
