Write a bat script with a standard ftp client of the system, the only downside is that you need to enter passwords or store them in clear text, although there is not much encrypted in the total commander anyway.
I myself, as a rule, always write automation in ruby, it is closer to me. Take a look at rsync.
PS Once upon a time there was a plugin that implemented list copying, including FTP, unfortunately I don’t remember the name due to the prescription of years :(
