Is there a plugin for sublime text to "pick up styles"?

In many IDEs, when you enter part of the name of a style in html that is already in css, you can add it, and vice versa.
Is there a plugin for ST 3 to do this?

In theory, there is, called All Autocomplete, installed from Package Control.
In practice, it didn’t start for me, it also works in theory only between open files.
