Is there a plugin that would visually display the amount of work for today in the form, for example, of the number of lines of code written? By visibility, I mean not statistics in git on commits, but always in the field of view . information window / scoreboard / line with real-time statistics display.

The effectiveness of such statistics is questionable. The work of a programmer is not measured by lines of code. What about auto-generated strings? Count them? What about empty lines? Well, etc.
Just checkins / commits / pushes - a better indicator.
