Is there a player that supports 60 fps, using the resources of the video card, that would be better than Splash?

SVP is good, but I personally do not have enough CPU resources to feed this creature, so the use of MPC (which suits almost everything) is out of the question.
Splash is good, but there are some shortcomings, for example, the lack of support for .ac3 (additional audio tracks), confusion with the subtitle settings, the lack of standard windows window behavior (does not cling to the edges, although it's possible I'm just clinging to the player) and some others .
If anyone has come across a player similar to Splash in the way and ease of playing any video at 60fps, but with fewer drawbacks - leave links to me if you don't mind.
Thanks in advance.

I've been looking for something like this myself. But I need one that, in addition to this function, would also be able to play torrent videos. Osma is surprised that this module is missing for such a popular and iconic player as VLC. I myself have been using Splash for a long time and if he could show the required format, then he would not be looking for a replacement. SVP plays well, but only clings to VLC in the paid version...
