Is there a place in modern full-stak development, a bunch of Dreamweaver + JS + PHP?

Hello everyone, please advise if there is a place in modern full-stack development, a
bunch of Dreamweaver + JS + PHP?
I'm going to take pluralsight training in the sequence Dreamweaver - JS - PHP I'm worried
that the total technology stack is very large and I can not keep up with everything at once.
Will such a bundle find application in a city with a population of under 700-800 thousand (relatively small)
Or is it still worth doing something separately: JS or PHP?
At the moment I am programming in 1C + SQL.

Any lesson that is tied to the development environment (Dreamweaver) can be thrown into the trash.
Now the market uses https://zeplin.io/ https://avocode.com/ https://assets2.adobe.com/ but there is no point in linking development courses to them.
If you want a full stack, you can look at JS+PHP, JS+JS(Node.js), JS+Python(Django/Flask) I don’t see the point in getting involved in the local market either, look for a remote one
Look at https://www.udemy.com /build-your-first-website-in-...
https://www.udemy.com/web-developer-course/
The last one is a little outdated due to jQuery but in web development something is always outdated, so you have to keep your nose up all the time wind and follow the technology.
And there are a lot of code editors now, along the way you will choose your own

Depending on what result and in what terms you want to get. As already mentioned in the comments, dreamweaver is no longer relevant, for a very long time. If, in courses, you are offered to learn it in conjunction with php and js, then the quality of these courses is also doubtful.

I do not insist on being right, but a full stack is a complete set of knowledge: https://ruseller.com/lessons.php?id=2102&rub=2 read it, one php and 1c is not enough ... the requirements are very high for this specialist

Dreamweaver is dead, plus it's for beginners
