Is there such a service to look for occurrences of a request in a given location on the network, given a time period?
I know about the existence of Google Alerts, but it solves the problem only partially, it does not see all requests on the network, it practically does not rely on time.
In general, I want to know if there is such a service in principle? A service that searches for a phrase anywhere on the ALL Internet, indicating the time the material appeared.
