Is there a p2p (torrent)/custom installer implementation?

Hello,
Primarily a .NET question, but other implementations are interesting as well.
More and more often I see installers/updaters :) "pumping up" the necessary components from the network after placing the necessary checkboxes.
Example
Antivirus - 2.7Mb
Visual Studio 2015 - 2.8Mb
Resume is supported, some even manage to use torrents to speed up the download (hello tanks).
The search for a light client with the possibility of customization (to download only its own) and built into the application gave only old, half-dead results.
Are there ready-made solutions or does everyone write their own implementations?
