Is there a normal reader like Android Pay?

In short, I have three cards - MEGACARD (mastercard), Sberbank (MIR) and transport Citycard (not a mastercard at all, not a visa, xs what). So, Android Pay does not support either the WORLD or the megacard.
I found another application com.github.devnied.emvnfccard, but I need to pay 300 rubles to support several cards. I would pay if there were only extra money and if this student transport card was supported.
So, recommend an application that, damn it, will add all the cards from paypass to the phone.
