Is there a normal anti-spam sms application for Android?
Is there a normal anti-spam sms application for Android? To work without an Internet connection, and support collective intelligence with a connection to the server?
I read reviews on the Market, be sure someone swears, something hangs, then it does not filter. And the descriptions of the applications themselves are full of headings "№1", "laureate", "the best", etc.

Not quite on the issue, but in my opinion it is necessary to deal with the cause, and not with the consequence, an article about the service for unsubscribing from spam slipped through, and also links to habr: like this , like this and like this
I use the regular filter built into GoSMS. Half itself defines, the second I specify manually. A month later, spam becomes a very rare visitor, and six months later, nothing comes at all - either it cuts itself off, or it has already been blacklisted.
Haven't tried others.
A couple of months ago I installed a Spam Agent (before that I tried a couple of some other softins, but this one took root). So far I am satisfied, although I do not turn off the spam notification mode just in case. I don't get mass mailings at all, really, so I don't know how good it is in hard spam mode. It seems that I read (or came up with it myself, you’ll already remember the hell) that there is a bayes inside. At least it has folders for good and bad sms. If the SMS is obviously bad, just an icon appears in the tray, by which you can see what has come there (like a feature that can be disabled). If doubtful - asks. When there is a phone number or url in the text, in all new cases it starts to doubt. In connection with the collective mind, I did not notice this crap.
Try Silent SMS spam
Without internet and without “collective intelligence”, but maybe it will do?
The collective mind is in " SMS Antispam Online " , but it requires the Internet.
