Nothing complicated, the store gives XML, the application processes it through PhoneGap and gives the result in the desired form. Lots of examples and lessons. Knowledge of JS + PHP is quite enough, but you will have to find someone to publish it in the markets through. With large amounts of information, PhoneGap slows down a bit. Tiggzi used to cost money, now there are a lot of good rates, especially for tests. In principle, I can attach the source code of the project for further development under the project.
