Is there a nice online text editor for writing notes?

I write all the texts in Sublime, but I want to write everything at once in the browser so that I can get access at any time.
Are there convenient online editors that would have categories. An uncluttered interface is extremely important so as not to be distracted from work.
Is there something similar now?
The ability to make individual documents available for collective editing would be very useful. May not be at the same time.
