Can I set my own font order in text and other editors?

When editing PDFs, it's very inconvenient to get to your frequently used fonts. Is there any way to change their position in the list? I never need the ones that are fixed there, and a font like Times Roman often draws abracadabra, but getting to the bottom of the list to Times New Roman hundreds of times a day is just tiring. I tried to change the font names by substituting numbers in front of the name, but in this case, alas, it does not work, as when sorting regular files.
