Is there a MySQL client for dummies?

I am writing to my mother a WEB-application for accounting for goods in the warehouse. I would like to make an API only for frequently used functions, and for the rest - to teach her how to use some kind of MySQL client. Naturally, there can be no question of learning even the basics of SQL.
Hence the question, is there any MySQL client that is most convenient for an absolute teapot?
